Body Bender Toning Table


The Body Bender strengthens the muscles in the lower back by gently separating the vertebra.  The amount of stretch is determined by the hand position that is selected. The muscles in the lower back (extensor muscles) are strengthened and stabilized by the slow even number of exact repetitions that occur.  As the back muscles become stronger, the muscles in the abdomen  (flexor muscles) tighten and the core becomes toned and firmed.
